"The Harder you work in peace, the less you'll bleed during war" this has been a quote I always lived by but never fully grasped until going through my rehab process with Steve. He always made sure I pushed myself but more so than that, reminded me to enjoy the journey and the process along the way! It was Through working with him that I truly began to embrace the very quote I had loved, Steve helped me understand that even though you may get knocked down once or twice in life, life is still worths living and worth fighting for.

"After my 4 back surgeries, I didn't know which way to turn to find some relief. I couldn't stand for more than a minute and I couldn't sit on a soft chair. So, most of my days were spent in bed, or lying on the floor. Not very exciting. 

Then I was lucky to find Steve and I could see the end of the tunnel. Three days a week he pushed me to the limit and we saw progress. I still have some discomfort but now I can do things that I never thought I would be able to do again.
